Accepted Payment Methods | Credit card (lump-sum payment only) The Service uses Stripe, Inc. for billing and payment collection. Payment method and timing follow Stripe’s terms. Billing starts upon completion of a paid plan application, and charges will be withdrawn on dates specified in the agreement with Stripe. The Service uses Stripe’s auto-renewing subscription billing feature. Contract Termination and Cancellation | We may suspend or refuse the use of the Service without prior notice in the following cases. In serious violations or failure to correct breaches after notice, we may freeze or delete the account: 1. Violation of any terms of service or prior contract violations deemed by the Company 2. Submission of false user information 3. Suspension of payments, insolvency, or petition for bankruptcy, civil rehabilitation, corporate reorganization, special liquidation, or similar procedures 4. No use of the Service for over six months 5. No response to our inquiries or communications for over 30 days 6. If the user is found to be or associated with antisocial forces (e.g., organized crime groups) 7. Any other case where the Company deems continued use of the Service inappropriate |
Right to Withdraw Application | The Service is not subject to the cooling-off period under Article 15-3 of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. |
Contract Renewal | The paid plans are: 3-month plan: valid for 3 months from the application date 6-month plan: valid for 6 months 12-month plan: valid for 12 months The Service uses an auto-renewing subscription billing system provided by the payment processor. Unless you cancel the subscription via your account settings, billing will continue automatically. Please refer to the following link to cancel at least 24 hours before your current subscription ends: https://support.epose.com/how-to-cancel/ Even after cancellation, you may continue to use the paid plan until the current subscription expires. |
